In 1941, a young Japanese-American leftist, Kenny Saito, is blackmailed by a Naval Intelligence officer into becoming an American agent in Japan. After an initial mission in Hawaii, Kenny is told to infiltrate Japanese territory and discover whether or not the Japanese Navy will take hostile action
