When people at a strip mall collapse, the team thinks it's an attack, since among the victims are a Naval captain and ensign. When the team arrives they discover the people regaining consciousness. They learn that they were exposed to a knock-out gas. They wonder why and learn one of the victims is a contractor whose clients include some affluent persons. Thinking that one of the clients is a target they check them all out.
