A man comes to NCIS claiming that someone is trying to kill him and that person is his wife, SECNAV. Vance knows the man, so he doesn't take him seriously. It appears the couple have a stormy marriage and his wife wants a divorce, which he doesn't want to give. They ask the man to leave, which he does, then he collapses. He's taken to the hospital, where the doctors say he may have had an anxiety attack. But Kasie discovers he may have been poisoned.
