In a run down New York Tenament, a chorine named Orchid lives with her overprotective brother Buddy, who sees to it that no uptown Casanovas get a chance at seducing his sister. At a New Year's Eve party the two are separated in the festivities, and millionaire playboy Brian Alden meets her, and the
